The Yoga Connection Session is a sacred space where we come together, you and I, to lay the first stones on the path to self-discovery and wellness. It is the beginning of a beautiful journey, a journey designed to create a harmonious bond between us, as we explore the depths of your inner self.

We will delve into the very core of your being, seeking to understand your aspirations and goals. It is a time of reflection, a time to share your dreams and desires, your fears and hopes.

 

The first step is to book a 15 minute connection call with me, and together, we shall set the compass for your inner exploration. Let your heart guide you, and may this be the beginning of a profound transformation on the yogic path.

Yang Yoga

During this class, you will be guided through a breath-inspired yoga practice that invites you to tune in to the subtle energy flowing within.

Using the breath as the guiding force you will be encouraged to explore the energetic flow inside your body – listening, feeling and moving with the freedom to go where your body is telling you at that moment in time.

It’s all about moving mindfully, following your breath and connecting to your internal teacher.

Yin Yoga

This is a quiet, slow, and meditative practice with a focus on the knees, hips, shoulders and spine, all supported by the earth using props and variations to allow the body to open up and the mind to still. By holding postures for an extended period, the connective tissue is stimulated and joints are nourished. Yin is open to all levels and is a great way to bring balance to your dynamic yoga practice. Some Yin Yoga sessions may start or conclude with meditation to leave you feeling grounded and restored.

Guided Meditation

Learn how to change your brain waves. We practice slowing down our brain waves and get beyond the thinking analytical mind. We will relax our bodies (just like when you’re falling asleep) while keeping our minds conscious & awake. If you can continue to move deeper into a state of relaxation while focusing on nothing-ness (not thinking), you’ve opened the doorway between the conscious and the subconscious mind. We will explore different methods & techniques during these sessions.
