Time: 9 am - 4pm

9 am - Arrive and check-in for the event. Enjoy high frequency tea.
9:30 am - 12:15 pm - Yoga, Breath Work, Journaling, Pineal Gland Activation Meditation & More… (Moving energy from lower energy centres to the brain. Move from survival emotions to an elevated state of being. Freeing up energy for creation.)
12:15 pm - 1:30 pm - Savor a delightful lunch, unwind, and relish meaningful connections
1:30 pm- 4 pm - Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Guided Meditation & Guided Journaling (A recalibration of our nervous system back to more order, wholeness & oneness.)
