Date: Saturday, October 28th
Time: 9:15 am - 4:45 pm
​Nourishing Plant-Based Lunch

Replenish your body and soul with a nourishing, plant-based lunch. Our chef has carefully curated a menu that harmonizes with the theme of the day, providing you with a delightful, healthful meal that supports your well-being.

9:15 am - Arrive and check-in for the event. Enjoy home made chai tea.

9:30 am - 12:30 pm - Yoga, Breath Work, Journaling, Pineal Gland Activation Meditation & More… (Moving energy from lower energy centres to the brain. Move from survival emotions to an elevated state of being. Freeing up energy for creation.)

12:30 pm - 1:30 pm - Lunch and Personal Time

1:30 pm- 4:30 pm - Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Guided Meditation & Guided Journaling (A recalibration of our nervous system back to more order, wholeness & oneness.)
